After you enter the general settings
Then you select Advance> scroll down select the Deals column
Default for "Quick Create Contact" (NO)
After that select YES
If you have clicked the SAVE & APPLY button
Here are the differences between Quick create contact NO and YES
If the Quick create contact is NO in the Create contact field there is no CREATE CONTACT button
If the Quick create contact is YES in the Create contact field there is a CREATE CONTACT button
