Edit this field is used to change the field as you want, edit the field applies in all modules, the following steps :
Click line three then select manage fields
Then click the edit icon
Then here you can edit as you wish, if you have clicked update
Field Label : The field name
Validation : Validation type for the field
Status : The status field is active or inactive
Show to Quick create : To display the field in another module
